Rehabilitate with someone who gets is. I take into account that you used to or want to live an active lifestyle or play high level competetive sports. You will not get a standard cookie cutter pdf for your injury without proper progression and you will not be expected to see me every week x infinity.
We start with an assessment to see exactly what range of motion is lost or has dysfunction. We will discuss your goals, how to exercise with your current ability and what your homework will entail. You’ll get exercises and video homework to start your rehabilitation process either remote or in person.
Exercises progress from internal strength movements to utilizing bands, weights, and speed. The program time frame depends on your injury and adherance. Some are back to 110% within 3 months and others can take 12 months. Once you’ve regained range of motion and pain free movement, regular strength training is encouraged to maintain your new joint health and strength. This will allow you to rejoin activities or career paths you are passionate about and prevent you from needing to come back to see me.
